We support early-career software developers and tech professionals.
Early-Career means you have less than 2 years of continuous, paid, full-time work experience. Includes those still learning the basics.
We enjoy frequent Mentor Corners, where members ask questions and gain encouragement.
We also run more targeted Cohort Programs, where participants learn focused competencies and practice relevant skills.
